Send recognition, earn points, build streaks, unlock badges, and climb the leaderboard by celebrating colleagues across Compete, Innovate, and Delivery.

Receiver reward

+10 pts

The person you recognize receives 10 points in the selected pillar.

Sender reward

+2 pts

You receive 2 points for sending meaningful recognition.

Streak bonus

+15 pts

A 3-day activity streak awards a 15 point bonus.

Call out new ideas and process improvements.

Received 5 innovate recognitions.

Recognized by 5 different colleagues.

Crossed the 500 point milestone.

Consistency Champion

Stayed active for 7 straight days.

Weekly rules

Keep it fair and meaningful.

You can send multiple recognitions each week.

You can recognize yourself or a colleague.

You cannot recognize the same person more than once every 7 days.

Every recognition must include a message.

Leaderboard

Rankings are based on total points, plus separate Compete, Innovate, and Delivery pillar scores. Ties are sorted by name.
